With the Shimano 105 RD-R7000 11-speed rear derailleur, fans of Shimano mid-range road bike components can now also benefit from the advantages of the Shadow design. This is an extra-low construction that reduces the likelihood of damage, stabilises shifting operations even on non-asphalt surfaces and, last but not least, benefits from a compact appearance. The rear derailleur, which is largely made of aluminium, also impresses with its broad compatibility. In the SS version with short cage you can shift 11-25 to 11-30 cassettes, in the GS version with longer cage it is even suitable for 11-34. A direct mount option is also available.
