In Monopoly + Monopoly Madness, players will compete to buy and upgrade properties in MONOPOLY CITY while Mr. Realty Tycoon is away on vacation. They will face up to 5 other players in a frantic real-time race in shortened rounds on the chaotic streets of MONOPOLY CITY, which has no board boundaries. Players must collect money and other resources on the map to buy and upgrade their holdings. The more properties a player owns, the more points they get, which will bring them closer to the end of the race to get rich. During the game, players can also obtain various props through "public welfare", such as bulldozers, electric drills, etc., and use them to deal with opponents to gain an advantage in winning. However, players need to be on the lookout for random events that can happen at any time that can make the journey to becoming the richest man more confusing.

20 new playable characters inspired by the classic MONOPOLY game pieces and playable in four unique environments, each with a unique atmosphere and architecture, including the famous City and its nightlife Night Life, Beach Town and Cozy Falls.
